Product Description

Mineral composite insulated aluminum sheathed protective flexible fire-resistant cable is a highly fire-resistant cable. It consists of an odorless, halogen-free mineral composite material or ceramicized silicone rubber material filled or wrapped between the insulated core (outer diameter of the cable) and the sheath.

When the cable is exposed to fire, the filler layer or wrapping layer quickly forms a shell. This shell is extremely hard and dense, and it does not melt, drip, or detach under flaming or non-flaming conditions at 350-1600℃, preventing secondary fires. It can be fired into a hard, ceramic-like armor. The higher the temperature and the longer the firing time, the harder the ceramic-like armor becomes. The honeycomb-like micropores formed during the sintering process of the ceramic-like armor provide excellent fire insulation, heat insulation, and temperature insulation, achieving a high level of fire resistance. Simultaneously, the use of a metal aluminum sheath greatly enhances the cable's resistance to water spray during fires. It is a low-cost, high-fire-resistance, and stable safety cable among domestic flexible fire-resistant cables.
