Insulated Fireproof Cable
Classification :
PRODUCT DETAILS
This product is suitable for power transmission in power lines with a rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below. Flame-retardant wires and cables are difficult to ignite and have the ability to prevent or delay the spread of flames. They are suitable for various applications requiring flame-retardant cables, such as high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, subways, nuclear power plants, power plants, mines, petroleum, and chemical plants.
Plastic fire-resistant cables, also known as insulated fire-resistant cables, have a layer of odorless, non-toxic, and halogen-free mineral compound material filled and wrapped between the insulated core (outer diameter of the cable) and the outer sheath. When the cable is exposed to fire, the filling layer precipitates a large amount of water of crystallization. While reducing the flame temperature, the hydroxide dehydrates to form a non-melting and non-flammable inorganic hard shell, blocking the oxygen supply and achieving a high level of fire resistance.
Product Structure
Plastic fire-resistant cables consist of copper stranded wire, cross-linked polyethylene insulation, mineral compound filling, and a low-smoke halogen-free sheath. In addition to meeting the flame-retardant and low-smoke halogen-free characteristics of low-smoke halogen-free cables, plastic fire-resistant cables also meet the laboratory standard requirements of BS6387C, W, and Z.
